Keep Them — Sentra Coverage
Know about every missed lead
while there's still time to respond.
Your website already did its job — a customer found you and reached out. This is what happens next.
You're mid-job — on a ladder, with a client, under a sink. A call rings through. A DM lands. An email slides into a folder you'll check tomorrow.
By the time you notice, they've already called the next name on the list. Sentra makes sure none of it — call, DM, or email — just disappears.
Or call (737) 214-6141 — if we miss it, you'll see exactly what happens next.
Not an AI phone bot pretending to be a human receptionist. Sentra doesn't talk to your customers — it makes sure you do, before they've moved on to someone else.
The Problem
This is happening right now, quietly.
It shows up everywhere a customer can reach you — the phone rings while you're mid-job. A DM sits unread in the Instagram you check twice a day. An email lands in a folder you forgot exists.
Most of it isn't neglect. A large share of missed calls happen because the owner is physically doing the work — on a ladder, with a client, under a sink, mid-appointment. You can't put down the job to answer a phone. Sentra doesn't ask you to.
Calls are just the easiest to put a hard number on. The same gap opens up in your DMs, your Facebook inbox, your email — anywhere a message can sit unread while you're busy doing the job.

How It Works
Coverage across every channel, not another phone bot.
Every channel, one view
A DM slides into your Instagram inbox while you're driving. A Facebook message lands between two other conversations. An email gets buried under receipts. Sentra pulls all of it — calls, Instagram, Facebook, email — into one place, classified as business or personal, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
The hardest channel, solved
Phone calls are the one channel that's nearly impossible to cover passively — no app is allowed to quietly read your calls or voicemail. Sentra solves it without asking you to change your number, install anything, or hand over permissions Apple and Android don't allow. A missed call becomes a transcript and an alert with caller ID — before the carrier mailbox even notices.
Quiet until it matters
Sentra doesn't add noise. It watches, and only speaks up when something's actually at risk — an unreplied inquiry, an unpaid deposit, a double-booked job.
See It In Action
From missed lead to handled, in minutes.
Here's what it looks like for a missed call. A DM or email that goes quiet gets the same treatment — caught, surfaced, alerted — just without the voicemail step.
Illustrative example
Missed call · (512) 555-0142 · 2:14 PM
"Hi, this is Maria — I'm calling about getting a quote for a fence repair, maybe 40 feet or so. Give me a call back when you get a chance, thanks!"
Example only — not a real customer conversation.
How the channels connect
Estimate What Missed Calls Cost You
A rough number, in seconds.
Rough math: missed calls/week × 52 weeks × average job value × 85% (the share of callers who never call back, per the sources above). An estimate, not a guarantee. This estimates missed-call losses specifically, since they're the easiest to put a hard number on — unanswered DMs and buried emails cost you too, just harder to price.
Founding-Pilot Pricing
No contract. Cancel anytime.
Founding-pilot pricing while Sentra validates on its first client — subject to change once out of pilot. Setup takes about 10 minutes: connect your email, forward your business line to your Sentra number.
The Honest Part
Your data, protected — even from Bobby.
Sentra connects through each channel's own login — Bobby, the person building this, never sees your passwords. Messages are ingested through webhooks only; there's no "browse everything" capability built into the system. Your data is never used to train AI models.
What's stored
Call transcripts, message content, and contact info for your leads — encrypted at rest, per-business, so no other client's data is ever mixed with yours.
How long
Voicemail audio is kept 7 days, then deleted. Transcripts and message history are kept 12 months, then automatically purged.
Who can see it
No standing "browse everything" access exists for any operator, including Bobby. Any access is logged in an append-only, tamper-evident record.
AI training
Never. Your calls, messages, and transcripts are used to run your coverage — not to train any model, Sentra's or anyone else's.
Get In Touch
If this sounds familiar, let's talk.
If missed calls or messages are quietly costing your business customers, that's exactly the conversation worth having now. (Honestly: Sentra is currently in active pilot with one service business in the Austin, TX area — real coverage, real results, before it opens up further.)
Questions
Common questions.
Is Sentra just another CRM?
No. CRMs are pipeline-first and require manual data entry. Sentra is a coverage engine — it observes what happens naturally across your channels and surfaces the gaps, without forcing deal stages or data entry.
Does Sentra reply to my customers automatically?
Not in Ring 1, which is what's live today. Ring 1 is pure detection — no automation, no drafts, no auto-sends. It watches and alerts; you decide what to do.
What happens to my data?
Sentra connects through each channel's own login — Bobby never sees your passwords. Messages are ingested through webhooks only, and your data is never used to train AI models.
Isn't this just missed-call text-back software?
Not exactly. Most missed-call text-back tools auto-reply to the caller with a canned text and stop there. Sentra alerts you instead, with the caller's info and a transcript — you decide what happens next, not a script.
How fast does the alert arrive, and where?
By SMS and a push notification to your phone — usually within a minute of the missed call or message.
Which carriers, email providers, and platforms work today?
AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon for call forwarding, plus Gmail, Instagram, and Facebook messages. More carriers and channels get added as Sentra grows.
Do you disclose that calls are recorded?
Yes — every voicemail greeting states clearly that the call may be recorded, before anything is captured.
What if the transcript gets something wrong?
Transcripts aren't always perfect. Every alert also includes the caller's number and timestamp, so you can call back even if a word or two got garbled.
Can my employees access Sentra, not just me?
Right now Sentra is single-owner access, tied to your phone number. Multi-employee logins are on the roadmap, not live yet.
What happens if Sentra itself goes down?
During the pilot, any issue goes straight to Bobby directly — not a ticket queue.
